  • Visit our homepage and click the “BECOME A MEMBER” button, or simply click here. You will then be directed to the page of a third-party partner (Join It, a membership management software), where you can click the “JOIN” button for purchasing our plan.

    You will be required to enter your first name, last name, email address (this will be your member account), and create a password. To prevent your membership from being misused, we require you to upload a portrait photo of yourself (only the area from the neck and above is needed). Please note that once the information is submitted, it cannot be changed. Please carefully review the details before clicking the "PROCEED TO PAYMENT" button. If you have entered incorrect information, you can contact us at info@sverea.com to request a change.

  • After the payment, you will receive an email containing the Membership Card.pkpass file. Open it and you can add the card to your wallet.

    If you want to send your card again, go to your Membership Information Page and click the "View Membership Card" option. You will then be directed to a page where you can send your card. Click the “SEND CARD” button and you will receive the digital membership card at your registered email. In your received email, click the “Add to Apple Wallet” button or the “Add to Google Wallet” button, depending on your phone's system. Follow the instructions and you will successfully add your digital membership card to your Apple/Google Wallet.

  • You can use the digital membership card at all our partner merchants (in-store only). By simply presenting your digital membership card from your Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or member portal, you can enjoy exclusive discounts when purchasing their services or products. Your membership identity may be verified by the merchants.

  • Remove your original card from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Log in to your registered email on your new mobile phone and send your digital card from the Member Portal.

    Please note that if your original phone is running on an Android system, transferring your digital membership card to an Apple system may cause data corruption on the card. Therefore, if you plan to switch from Android to Apple, please contact our customer service for assistance.

  • Unfortunately, due to the incompatibility between the iOS and Android systems, you cannot add the digital membership card to both wallets simultaneously. If you attempt to do so, issues such as inaccurate display of membership card information may occur, and in the worst case, your membership account may experience abnormalities.

    If you want to display your digital membership card from both your Android and Apple phones, please log in to your Member Portal and present your card from there when purchasing services or products from our partners. To make the process more convenient, we strongly recommend adding the card page to your Home Screen, so you can present your card with just one click.

  • If you experience any technical problems with the member portal or digital membership card, please contact us at info@sverea.com. In the meantime, please refer to the Complete Guide to SVEREA Membership for assistance.

    If you encounter any product or service quality issues caused by the provider, you will need to negotiate with the provider directly. If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us at info@sverea.com for further assistance.

  • You can unsubscribe from your SVEREA membership at any time. Unsubscribing will prevent further automatic renewals, and access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
