SVEREA Terms & Conditions

1. General
The following terms and conditions apply to the use of services from SVEREA, operated by Swedeal AB. The use of SVEREA's services requires that you accept these terms. You accept the terms when creating an account, making a purchase, and using SVEREA's services. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Definitions
2.1. “SVEREA" refers to the membership system, including its website, services, and content.
2.2. "Services" refer to the membership services, discounts, promotions, and other offerings provided by SVEREA.
2.3. "Member" refers to an individual who has registered and subscribed to SVEREA's membership program.
2.4. "Supplier" refers to a legal or natural person contracted by SVEREA to offer discounts via SVEREA's platforms.
3. About SVEREA
SVEREA is a membership system that provides discounts at various lifestyle service stores to the public. SVEREA's primary function is to give its customers the opportunity to purchase discounted goods and services from third-party suppliers that are listed on SVEREA’s platform. A SVEREA member shall present their membership card from Apple Wallet™, or Google Wallet™, or the website of the membership portal on their phone to our suppliers in order to receive discounts when purchasing products or services.
4. Card Payment
All payments for SVEREA memberships are processed through a third-party membership management system Join It Inc., and the payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc. By using Stripe for payments, members agree to abide by Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. SVEREA does not directly handle or store any payment card details.
To obtain SVEREA membership, you make a direct payment. This can be done using Visa or Mastercard. To use this payment method, you need to enter your card number, the card's expiration date, and the CVC code. No fee is added for purchases made through direct payment. The card used during the purchase process must belong to the same person who owns the SVEREA account.
5. Prices
The prices stated in SEK, including VAT, are for private customers only unless otherwise specified.
6. Processing of Personal Data
SVEREA processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. We need to process personal data to be able to offer our services, improve the user experience, and develop our services. We also process personal data for other purposes, which you can read more about in our privacy policy.
7. Membership Card
7.1. The membership is non-refundable and valid for individuals over 18 years of age.
7.2. The membership card can only be used by the person to whom the card is issued. In the event of lending, subletting, or misuse, SVEREA reserves the right to deactivate the membership card. In this situation, a portion of the membership fee will be refunded based on the remaining time.
7.3. A photo of the member is required for the validity of the card.
7.4. Your membership card must be presented at our collaborating suppliers when purchasing their goods and services. If you fail to receive a discount due to forgetting to present your card, you can try to negotiate with the suppliers. SVEREA assumes no liability for compensation.
7.5. The membership is subject to all rules and regulations adopted by SVEREA, and these rules may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
7.6. The membership card is presented in a digital form from Apple Wallet™ and Google Wallet™ on your phone.
8. Membership Fees
8.1. The membership fee for monthly members is SEK 59. It is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the issuance date.
8.2. The membership fee for annual member is SEK 599. It is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the issuance date.
8.3. The fees may be adjusted at SVEREA's discretion. Any changes will be announced on the website and via email three months in advance.
9. Membership Renewal
Renewal fees for SVEREA members will be automatically charged via the payment registered on your membership account. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is up to date.
10. Withdrawal and Unsubscribing
Purchases of the membership card are final and non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, members do not have the right to withdraw from the contract or receive a refund, in accordance with the terms outlined in this agreement.
While members do not have the right to withdraw from their membership purchase, they are permitted to unsubscribe from their SVEREA membership at any time. Unsubscribing will prevent further automatic renewals, and access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
11. Use of the Discount
Members are entitled to access exclusive discounts and offers at participating suppliers. The availability and terms of these offers may vary and are subject to change without notice. SVEREA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time without prior notice.
SVEREA is not responsible for fully booked periods with the selling party. We therefore recommend that you book your time as soon as possible before visiting any suppliers that require prebooking.
The discount from the SVEREA membership cannot be combined with other discounts provided by suppliers unless explicitly stated. Please read the separate terms that apply to the specific discount in the “discounts” webpage.
12. Purchases
Where SVEREA is not the selling company of the services and products published, we act as an advertising platform for the suppliers presented on the website. Each "discount" specifies who the seller is and, therefore, responsible for price and defects. In the event of defects in goods or services purchased via collaborating suppliers on the SVEREA platform, we ask the customer to contact the supplier directly to submit a complaint.
13. Complaints
As a customer, you have the right to make a complaint about unpleasant experiences when using our membership system or using the membership card in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Complaints must be made within one month from when you discovered the error.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions
SVEREA reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions at any time. All changes to these user terms will be published on our website. Changes take effect from the time you have accepted the user terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting our website or app). We recommend that you stay updated on any changes to our user terms by regularly visiting www.sverea.com/terms-and-conditions.
